1929 Carpenters of Chicago in the 1928/29 season. He is not listed in their first round game which was lost to Sparta 3-0 in the First round played on 12/16/28.

Note Alec Gregg: Bob Gregg played for Carpenters after the 1929 Finals, and for the season 1929/1930. We have records of Ref.1
Chicago Tribune 21 October 1929, Ref 2.  Chicago Tribune 4 November 1929, and Ref 3. December 1929 re. Offer Letter from Holley Carburettors in January 1930.

1930 If he played for the Detroit Holley Carburetors in the 1929/30 season then he does not appear in any of their games in the tournament. They made it to the Semi-finals where they tied 1-1 and lost 2-0 to Cleveland Bruell Insurance.
Note Alec Gregg: We have no confirmed records of Bob playing for Holley Carburetor and details are assumed from Ref. Offer Letter from Holley Carburetor January 1930. Bob possibly may not have taken the Holley's offer, and moved directly to Chicago Bricklayers from Chicago Carpenters.
