In an action relating to the Paternity of a male child born at Annbank in the Parish of Tarbolton on the 10th day of February 1869 at the instance of Poor Annie Gibson residing a Annbank Tarbolton, Pursuer against James Duff Tailor reiding in Elba Street Wallcetown the sherriff subsiture of Ayrshire upon the 6th day of April 1869 found that the said child was the illegitimate child of the parties aforesaid.
